I lived on this product for over 20 years... and I'm still going.
I lived in Asutralia for a "while".This is an Asutralian product.I happened to meet a salewoman who waxed lyrical about this being the BEST on the MARKET.I gave it a try and never regretted the decision.I HIGHLY recommend this product.Now that it is available in UK I n longer have to ship from Australia.NB: This works for me... you may need a different supplement(s).P.S. Here is a "trick" that I learned... the schedule is to take 1 x Tab p/d.In Oz, when I had worked a full day and was planning on a long night (out & having fun.. when that was safer) I took another one of the Tabs.The energy boost was noticeable.NB: The "boost" will not give you another 8 hours of being UP... you get several hours of increased energy.

Not the same as the OZ version
The Oz version has 52 vitamins and minerals, this version has nowhere near that, No CO-Q10 and a whole bunch of others are missing BUT In saying that, the cost for me was decent so can't over complain. The product is comparable to the expensive anatome multi-vit I've been using for quite some time for a 3rd of the price.

Nice pleasant tasting tablet, easy to swallow
These easy to swallow vitamin pills, have a pleasant taste and have supported me through the winter without getting any cold or flus. I use less than the daily recommendation just to supplement my diet but would suggest you speak with your doctor if unsure.
