14.1 Charging Volts output out of the box
Good Alternative to the Name and Logo. Change anything below 13.7 Volts charging. Proper Spec range is between 13.7-14.3. At this price, Purchase and install a new one of your not sure. Any multimeter will work to test DC Charging System. Test Battery voltage first, range within 12.5-13.3 DC Volts. Start Bike and test Rectifier. In essence, change that tired old Rectifier/Regulator

I purchased a (new) regulator for my 2012 heritage classic from this company and the first time it was sent to me, one of the clamps was broke.. returned and received a new one.. later found out that it was an after market regulator and wasn’t holding charge. It’s better to just pay more from the dealership.
