I have been taking turmeric now for a little over a month. Previously, I had been using powder and getting empty gel caps to make my own pills. Much easier to forget to take if you make your own and you've run out of prepared ones and dont want to take the time (or have the time) to fill a new batch of empty gel caps, also it's already measured out, so you know the exact dosage you are getting. I take mine for fibromyalgia pain, and it seems to be working, less pain when I remember to take it! Would very much recommend this product! I purchased Turmeric because I have knee problems and my doctor recommended taking a daily dose for swelling. So far, I really like the product and can actually tell a difference in the swelling of my knee. I have only taken it for a month, so hopefully it will keep working as I keep using it. I liked that this product was all natural and had a veggie capsule.
