Vertical Frame-Mount Oil Cooler Kit 750-2000

This setup works great. My oil tank stays cool enough to not make my leg uncomfortable. All the machining looks good. The oil cooler looks good and fits my sportster like a glove. Mounting it is easy. It is easy to over torque a couple of the fasteners, and it took me taking it back apart twice to find the leak, but that was me over tightening things and not a problem with the product. The company should give torque specs with this, would have saved me a few hours of chasing a leak. Since it was me and not the product it still gets 5 stars. Heat kills Harley's. How long do you want yours to last? 6000 miles later I still love it despite the cheap hose clamps that came with the kit. They will very slowly loosen and a very small amount of oil will start to appear around the hoses at the thermostat and the cooler itself. These need to be retightened every couple thousand miles. I also believe the thermostat does not come on at 185 but a little higher. If you ride your Harley 20 miles at a time then you are not going to benefit from this kit. If you ride your Harley 500 miles at a time you will benefit from this kit.

Love the oil cooler and have always wanted one for my HD. The install was pretty straight forward. They provided enough oil line for me to cut one to short and still have enough to get the job done! The ONLY beef I have is no sticker.... would have been a 5 star review if I would have got a sticker pack.. one for the beer fridge and a small one for the bike... a sticker is like a winning lotto ticket!

Awesome product reduced oil temp by 20-30 degrees , carrier on the other hand was garbage switched carriers twice and was delivered a week after “package was delivered and signed for in person” post office lost package and finally realized it was delivered to wrong adress

The products were good quality, easy to install, and even included extra parts for different applications. Overall a very good product for the price.

This product came 3 days early! It works very well! I added it to another cooler that wasn't doing the job. Hint; if you're adding a second cooler and do not need the filter adapter you can call Jagg and get the cooler by itself. I learned this after I purchased this kit. My oil pressure actually stays higher because the oil is cooler. My etms doesn't kick on anymore! I can actually feel the difference in less power fade throughout a hard day of riding.

Easy install. Quality piece for a great price. Now for warm riding weather to put It to use
