I have been using this product for years to get rid of bags and crows feet. I don't wear makeup so I'm unsure if it's better to use before or after applying makeup, but I like getting rid of the bags under my eyes for the day. I find it lasts around 8-10 hours and a little goes a long way. It is tinted, but it dries clear unless you use too much.

I can’t believe the negative reviews, this product works great! Under eye wrinkles and puffiness disappear within a minute. Only product I’ve found that works, been using for years. Only need a tiny amount.
