Empty bottle
The pump wouldn’t work. It was like they sent an empty bottle. I have used this product for years and love it. That’s why it’s worth paying the extra and getting it directly from the company.

Terrible quality
Opened the bottle to find a little bit of product at the bottom of the bottle. And there was no straw to get the product out of the bottle. I am very disappointed in this product.

Does not twist close
This seems to be a different product. It says “Nerium International” on the back and only has a “N” on the front. It does not twist close either. There is a tiny plastic plug that was in the dispenser hole when I opened it. I started using it today. I will update this review when I see how well it works. The price was very reasonable though.
