Awesome book two
Marlon Birch does it again with another publication with self resistance training. This book is totally different from book one. It starts off with an interesting story line of how Marlon started off and his uncle. Something I’ve never read before and it was an interesting change. Then Marlon dives straight into various phases and the science behind it all. It’s an awesome book and recommend it for everyone training without or with weights.
