Easy to use, but with care
The knife is easy to use, as in it's plug in and go. But, there is no control over the heat and so needs to be unplugged regularly so it doesn't over heat and burn the honey. Doing this whilst uncapping made for a pretty sticky plug!

It worked very well just follow instructions made up

Easy to hold and heats quickly
Used this for uncapping wax. Need more practice as not sure using it correctly as it doesnt uncap efficiently.

Fragile build quality
Seemed okay at first but after just one harvest year the blade became loose and unusable exposing wiring.
