Nice TV
Overall it's a good TV and I'm happy with it. Pretty much all similar flat screens of this size are going to have UHD & HDR, there isn't some major feature to set this apart. I picked this TV because it had one more HDMI and USB port than either of the other two brands on my shopping shortlist. PICTURE. Looks great with HD content. If you watch a lot of non-HD stuff, the screen's not too big in an average living room. The picture is also clear at extreme angles, beyond what you'll reasonably be viewing from. To get the most out of this TV, I would suggest that as soon as you have a picture, before tinkering with other picture settings, you go to the picture settings and turn energy saving down or off, and set HDMI to full range. SOUND. Expectedly awful. Like all similar TVs, it is meant to be used with external audio equipment. If you don't immediately have the equipment or right leads, the sound output is loud and clear enough though to be used temporarily, but it's not nice. For audio only, Bluetooth is an easy set up, and you can turn off the screen in the settings. The headphone socket is right at the back with the other connections, and might not be easily accessible with some wall mounts. You can leave heads plugged in though if your regular audio output is via HDMI or optical. CONNECTIVITY. It has an additional HDMI port and USB port compared with some other similar models from other brands. Also has RCA/phono connectors, which some models do away with, and which should accommodate most of the older video equipment or consoles you still keep around. OTHER. The TV sits quite low on its little feet, which I think looks smart, but if you wanted to place a soundbar directly in front, most will likely block the remote control sensor. Doesn't support the Spotify app; they want you to sign up to the stillborn t*rd of D**z*r.

Excellent TV for the money, does exactly what it says it will do.
Have hooked it up to my Alexa which was an added bonus, streaming services like Netflix, Amazon, and Discovery plus are all working perfectly and the HD pictures are wonderful. My sky service is great too. I was replacing an LG which failed me after 22 months and they refused to help me so I was pleased this came with a 2 year warranty, so far for the money it's doing exactly what it says it will do and I'm delighted with it. I watch a lot of TV as I'm disabled and don't get out the house much so it's important my TV is decent. This is exactly that, good value, great picture, nice size and has all the features I need.

Annoying problems.
I have had this TV for around 2 months now and have put it through its paces. I can say itโs a great TV and overall worth the money. Picture quality is excellent, however, there is s very small amount of colour distortion at each corner of the screen which is really only visible during screen saturation with one colour. If youโre thinking of buying this TV then be aware that the inbuilt program Guide Search feature does not work for all Terrestrial TV channels and programs. I found out that it ONLY works for channels that are streamed via the Internet. I took this up with Toshiba and after about 3 weeks of emails and one Firmware update from them they finally admitted to me that this TV will not search Terrestrial channels, which I find stupid. Maybe they will fix this with a Firmware upgrade in the future. But nevertheless, itโs a pain. Also the TV will NOT record any Internet streamed programs. It appears that only Terrestrial channels can be recorded. Remote control buttons cannot be re-assigned. If you do not intend to use this TV connected to the Internet then the TV becomes quite limited and clunky.

Great sound and picture, always buy Toshiba and never had a problem only age.
East to follow the on-screen instructions to set up smart TV. Sky, Virgin etcetera, is plus in via HDMI cable and it's there. Use it a couple of times, and the TV automatically renames the source on the menu. Downloaded the full manual from the Toshiba website, very helpful and took no time at all. Also despite what people say, if the last thing you watched was SKY it will take you via the home page back to the HDMI cable and source, just wait a few seconds. Hardest part was attaching legs, but vIa google realised they were marked left and right, once I saw that, no time at all. Do ensure you insert the rubber caps into stand to stop it slipping on glass. Very pleased and would recommend this TV, good price for a Smart TV.

DISAPPOINTING.
I've owned a few Toshiba TVs and have always foind them to be fine. Not this one though. Really cheap components. Looks and feels like it's going to topple forwards. Cheap, flimsy power connection that isn't long enough to reach the socket. No SCART connection. The feet don't sit flush with the surface. I couldn't tell you about the picture quality as I can't connect it to the power. Actually I probably would buy another toshiba, but it will be one higher up the range.

Awesome TV but had a slight issue with it
Overall I love the TV and the size of it... The features are great and the menu is easy to navigate. Setup should not take more then 10 min and it is straight forward! That been said, I had a slight problem with the setup since mine was resetting its self before completing the process. Had to call costumer service Toshiba in Ireland and they did a hard reset of it. Worked great at that time but in the morning again the issue was there. I think some of the apps or so had to be updated via internet and/or had some interference with my mobile (Samsung S9) At the end everything works now like it should and had no problems with it. I love the TV and I am happy with the purchase.

A 55 inch Tv affordable smart and sharp looking.
A smart looking Tv that is a back drop against a room. Good quality and sharpness at a very affordable price for 55 inch tv. Delivered well packed, easy to put up with a suitable bracket. Aerial to be purchased separately. YouTube and Netflix available if required. A good and not regrettable purchase. No complaints and pleased with its performance.
