They Closed the gap in my teeth, I love them!
I wish I had found out about, and used these sooner. I've wanted to fix my gap since I was 11. I started March 6, 2025, and I saw progress every week. After a month it was completed. It didn't hurt, it only ached a bit biting down on hard food. I take them off to eat, or they tend to break while chewing, of course. After 4 hrs it opens back up a bit, but closes back up quickly after replacing the elastic bands. It's a cheaper and gentler alternative to surgery, and braces. I'm used to them, it didn't hurt. *Update May 6, 2025: I only use one on all four front teeth now; the other teeth moved into place on their own, no longer being pushed back. The two front no longer ache a bit biting down on hard food. They stay closed while the elastic is off while eating. I will continue to wear one, I'm not taking any chances, I love my new teeth. *Update Aug 19, 2025: I have only needed one on the four front teeth for a couple months now. After leaving off for 6+ hours (forgot to replace after eating) only results in minor gapping (because I haven't removed the frenulum), but quickly moves back together (without noticing) when the band is replaced. I need to practice "S" and "F" lol

My full opinion I personally like them a lot so far!
Buying anything online makes you skeptical I only had orthodontic gap bands once in a yellowish tent. They where great but eventually ran out and used small clear hair bands. Weren’t the same comfort and support. I preferred clear so I found these some comments would leave you a little worried. I got 1/4 size I was confused on what size I’d need. They are fine my gap is mid size I never had one b4 I had braces. So it kinda grows larger over time a tad larger could’ve been comfortable as well. I’d say the sizes help as your gap closes size down a bit. Very strong does slide up a little do to moisture but not bad at all or hard to adjust

Lack Durability
Bands lack durability. Will break frequently after a night of use or need to be replaced in 1-2 days (elasticity degrades). Previous bands provided by my dentist never broke and usually required replacement after a week of use. Will not purchase these bands again.

clear is much tougher than latex elastics
I got 4.5 OZ 1/4" latex bands (photo left) from my orthodontics and just bught this clear one (photo right) as I'm running out. However, with exactly the same numbers, the clear one not only streches much less but also gives much more pressure. I'm going to buy the 3.5 OZ 5/16" clear ones as I'm writing this review now.

Comfortable
I was given the Eagle brand of rubber bands by my orthodontist. As my bite has changed, I’ve been going through 3 rubber bands an hour. These are much more durable, but what most surprised me was how much more comfortable they are compared to the Eagle brand. They’re much softer on my tongue and I hardly notice it. Will be buying these for the duration of my orthodontic journey.

I used these to rig fishing floats and yarn strike indicators
Worked great to rig fishing floats and yarn strike indicators. Clear to not spook fish. I was able to double these bands back to half size and they did not break.
