Happy with product
This is another spice that I needed for a recipe and my store didn’t have. So glad that Amazon products cover so many items.

Delicious but very spicy
This is a real spice. Good flavor and nice color but I tend to only use half of what a recipe calls for when I need it because it is so spicy.

Be wary
The product smells fresh but there is nothing but a thin foil seal that is that actually not sealed. It is just placed over the top pressed down. Other products from India like Rani have a proper seal. Out of concern, I checked online and the US FDA,the EU ECDC, and the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) warn about frequent and high levels of contaminants (including arsenic, heavy metals, and animal pieces) in cooking powders from India. Like I said, the product I got smells fresh but the unsealed container and the warnings from so many health agencies ...including India's...mean I will not be using this spice. I would also think that Amazon would not sell products that have a high likelihood of being unsafe.

Lid doesn’t fit
Regret my purchase before even using it. The lid doesn’t screw on so I can already see myself spilling in the next few months. Instant buyers remorse.

Safety Seal Broken on Arrival
Disliked that I received open product, possibly contaminated, but faced with a no return, no exchange policy. I just don’t have a penny to throw away
