i have 2 of these connected to one laptop and am contemplating a 3rd one.

Will this monitor support 120fps over hdmi for the upcoming xbox series x or ps5?

On the monitor under the gaming settings turn on amd Freesync pro. Under the xbox turn off the Allow 4k option OFF. You will get 1440p @120hz and keep the input lag low.

Does this come with a display port cable?

Mine came with an HDMI cable and a Display Port cable

It says that this monitor (vg32vq) is adaptive sync but it only mentions freesync, does anyone know if it's compatable with g-sync?

This monitor in particular doesn't work with my graphics card's G-sync, and I have a 3080, nor did it work with my 3070 before that. A lot of FreeSync monitors will work with G-sync, but Nvidia has to specifically support them, and apparently they don't with this one. GREAT monitor, but that's false advertising that will make me think twice about buying another ASUS monitor. I have two different ASUS monitors tho, and they haven't let me down otherwise.
