Good size, nice quality, easy to read. I have a grandson with a heart murmur. He gets little attacks where his heart beats real hard and fast and this allows me to see what is going on. I used to work in a hospital in nursing. I think this would hold up well in a clinical setting. It shows Oxygen (SPO2), Pulse (BPM) and Perfusion Index (PI) and has a little Heart Beat Rythem Graphic that shows as well. Operates on 2 Triple As. The inside feels as if it's soft silicone. It feels comfortable. Not as good at reading children's fingers as adult fingers. Sometimes I have to move it around on his smaller fingers to get a better reading. About 7 Seconds for a reading.

For personal use to check my heart rate mostly. I have Afib heart condition this device gives me piece of mind to know my heart rate. Since, feeling out of breath is sometimes a symptom this oximeter let’s me know I am still in a safe range. Overall, it gives me reassurance that I am okay. If the numbers were poor I would know to go to urgent care.It’s comfortable and the strap keeps it portable. Easy to read the numbers, also.

It's small, effective, and convenient!!!

We wanted a backup Pulse Ox to our more expensive unit. Overall, it works well. Only big downside is the Readout numbers are very small and it does take a few seconds to sync with correct measurement compared to higher end expensive units. I do like the pulse graph that can visibly show any heartbeat irregularities. For the money, it's a good value.
