Maleficent Christening Black Gown Classic Costume for Girls

Love the costume, at first I didn't like it, it looked wrinkled and not of the material I was expecting but then I put it on my daughter and it is awesome she looks so cute!!! The length is perfect for her I was worried cuz she wears a size 7/8 but I ordered the 10/12 based on a review. It fits great and I love the headband horns it's a wide band and stays on her head great.

My child loves it and is perfect for her malificent costume. Only down side is you should go one size up as it runs small (my 9 yr old is petitte wears size 7 but bought 10-12. It fits great but no extra room) and the headband has no teeth so it slides down her face.

My daughter wants to be the Disney cartoon Maleficent for Halloween, but we can't find the black and purple dress that she wears in any stores. This dress is the Angelina Jolie Maleficent from the more recent movie, so my daughter reluctantly chose this dress. It comes with a decent quality headband with rubbery horns attached to it, which my daughter actually decided she likes better than the closed hood with horns that the cartoon villan wears. The dress itself is very thin cheap Halloween costume material, and has a velcro skull to attach to it. But my daughter wasn't entirely happy with the look of this costume, since it is from a movie she has not seen and not from the cartoon movie that she loves. So I used my trusty low temp hot glue gun and carefully glued wide purple satin ribbon down the front, on each side of the collar, and along the arm holes. Sewing on this material did not work well for me, but I was able to reinforce the glued on ribbons by adding a few stitches on the seams. My daughter is beyond happy with the dress now, and can't wait to wear it for Halloween. I swear she cackled in delight when she tried it on for the first time. For 30 minutes work, my daughter is now the cartoon Maleficent. I doubt the dress will last past Halloween night, and not to mention I'm still pulling off dried glue strings, but I'm just writing this for anyone afraid to use a glue gun on this because it's such thin fabric - don't be. Just be careful, obviously, and you too can make your daughter's evil Halloween dream come true. Also, my daughter is 5 years old and wears a size 6x, and the size 8-10 fits her perfectly. So does the headband.

My daughter is a tall 6x. Fit perfectly. Was able to add a few layers underneath. As far as costumes go, it's fine. Thin, but looks good. Little pricey in my opinion.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ This is the worst costume I have ever ever!! seen. My daughter wants to be maleficent for halloween so I looked and looked and found this which appears to be okay, I wasn't expecting anything to great but honestly something wearable!!! The material is the cheapest material you could find - the collar is so crappy it doesn't have any lift (it actually came all crunched up). I paid over $30.00!! and it isn't worst $5.00. I would give this a 0 star of I could. The company should be ashamed!! sent it back refund went well.

This would be great for a Halloween costume. But my five year old got three costumes for Christmas and has been changing them oh every 15 minutes or so since then, and a week into it they are simply falling apart. They look great.

My 5-year-old chose this for Halloween this year. As another reviewer stated, they ordered a size up which is what I chose to do as well to have a longer length dress and sleeves for my daughter. She is tall for her age and usually wears a 7/8 but I ordered this in a 10. It was perfect! Good quality, too. We can definitely get some more uses out of it.

I have a tall slender-build child of 6 and a half who weights 47 pounds. I purchased the LARGE size (10-12) and it is slightly roomy for her on top, but it fits very well as a costume and looks great! The arms are purposely not sewn all the way around to the back of the bodice allowing your child great flexibility (without tearing the back of the sleeves off) while dressed in the costume. Clever! I will be able to have her wear a warm layer underneath while trick-or-treating, which pleases me. The "wings" are made of a thin flexible foam and stand up as in the photo advertisement.

I had called for a return of this product as it was small and not of good quality, I was said that the product will be taken back by 7th of Jan 2018....but I still haven't got a return call from you. The product is too costly and not of good quality still I could have used it as it was important for me to see my kid happy for her birthday but it was not of the proper size as well. Request you to look into the matter and take the product back.

A mi hija le encanto! Fresco, no es un disfraz grueso y pesado. Estaba preocupada porque varias reseñas sugerían comprar tallas arriba. Pero solo había 7-8 que es la talla de mi hija. Me arriesgué a comprarle su talla y le quedó incluso un poquitín grande? Está feliz! La parte de las mangas que no está cosida es perfecta para que sea un disfraz cómodo. Y puedan moverse!

Super beau costume ! Rapport qualité prix très acceptable. Fait petit. Ma fille de 9 ans qui est toute petite porte très bien le large.
