The media could not be loaded.  I have almost every single one of their products! I love them. I was first introduced to the companies bum bum cream and soap back in a FabFitFun box. And I’ve been hooked ever since! I have all the soaps, lotions, scrubs, hair products, and sprays. They’re so enticing! I love the smell!! This was the last soap I got and I have no idea why! The lotion is my last and favorite I put on. I always start with the bum bum and work my way around my body with the different needs of the lotions with what they serve best. This one is so moisturizing that I put it on my legs and arms. And I never need a whole lot. So I decided ok. It’s time to try to soap. I love my other two! The original bum bum smell was my favorite until the dark pink was created. And I was hooked! I wear that on everything! But I decided I wanted to try the moisturizing soap since my thyroid is off and my skin can get dry. Why not try a soap that’s created to moisturize the skin.Holy cow! I actually thought I had lotion when I first squirted it out. I stood there reading the bottle for reassurance it was the right thing. I still wasn’t convinced. The bum bum is yellow and liquid texture. The red one is gel. So to me both are very soap textures. But this one was like having a conditioner or lotion pouring out. It’s thick! And it’s white. I was just so surprised. So I spread it around. It doesn’t lather quiet the same. But not a deal breaker. Maybe I should use a pouf and all will be good. I just use my hands to scrub around. So not quiet the same lather probably. But the ONLY draw back is that once the water rinses off there’s a small feeling of dryness. For moisturizing soap you wouldn’t expect for any dryness. But I did experience that. And it could be because I have extremely sensitive skin. That being said, even with that, I can still use the soap without my legs breaking out in a need to itch like I would get if I used Bath and Bodywork’s soap. So it’s still sensitive skin friendly. I am totally in love with the soap, I use it the most now. And I will say, I should have tried it months ago like I was going to when the bum bum was sold out everywhere. I instead just used aveeno to tied me over. But mistakes! I could have been enjoying this soap! And the smell is so good! Not my favorite. But a refreshing one. I love the smell of coconuts, so it’s always a win for me. The spray is sadly not my favorite, but not a dud either.The only thing I’ll even say badly about the company is the price. But sourcing good products cost a lot. I just know that other companies sell more for less. But I don’t like their products. I’ve tried other body scrubs. They weren’t as good as this companies. Nor their soaps. So it sucks you pay a lot, but it’s good quality for what you’re buying. And use it correctly and you can make it to far and last awhile. Which is what I always aim for.

i someone got this when its been discontinued for a while now but im glad i did. It smells amazing and the size is perfect for me. and its thick but not that thick. It just is way to perfect for me.

The moisturizing quality is aces and immediately renewed my skin. I wasn't expecting my skin to absorb and react so quickly and positively to the product. I was expecting more from the smell out of the bottle, because I feel like this body wash smells like cheaper coconut products. The lingering smell on my skin is, however, unexpected, and the lasting scent elevates it beyond drug store quality.

This stuff smells amazing just like the lotion, which is the whole reason I purchased it. I usually use okay the ribbons body wash (the purple one) and love how silky and smooth it leaves my skin. I was thinking this would be similar. Just super moisturizing and a thick lush lather. While it does smell amazing, it didn’t deliver the way I hoped. It left my skin with that “squeaky clean” feeling rather than the soft moisturized feel. The lather also took some extra squirts of the body wash on my loofa to achieve. But I was able to get there. Idk if I’m the only one who takes my body wash this seriously haha but just in case I’m not, here’s the review you’re looking for! Smell, awesome! Leaves skin feeling squeaky clean- if you’re into that feeling then you’ll love it! Lather= 5/10. This is expensive body wash and to achieve the lather I personally prefer, I have to use a lot. Which means this bottle won’t last long. Probably won’t buy again, but I’ll enjoy that amazing smell in the meantime!

The misses told me not to buy it because it was expensive and probably wasn't worth the hype but now she can't et enough of it and you have to buy the sponges to go with it and they will love this every time.. Smells amazing and the moisturizing works from the first use .. Can't go wrong with this for a gift or whatever and i believe there are a few other scents beside coconut but this is amazing and yes I tried it and thought it was different from what I normally use but i as a guy couldn't use it everyday but let's be honest it wasn't madfe for me , it was for her ..

It's my favorite and I take it on vacation to Cancun so the smell always takes me back. It's pricey but like all the other Sol de Janeiro products it's worth every penny!

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been around the block with Sol De Janeiro’s bum bum original scented spray and body cream when Sephora started selling it years ago. Bought this on a whim after they went kinda viral assuming it would lather and scent would last like the majority of their products do. This just wasn’t it for me. The smell is great, it just doesn’t lather without a hefty amount of product on a loofa and the scent doesn’t hang well on me. It definitely did not leave my skin more hydrated after use. Just my personal experience, not terrible but not worth around $30 for a body wash IMO. Included a pic solely for size reference.

This soap is our Dailey use soap for our household. My husband even loves the smell and the way it lathers on his body.

Love the deep moisturising affect this has and you only need a small amount and on top of that is smells amazing
