Awesome pan!
I bought this pan so I could make a giant donut cake for my son's birthday it worked beautifully. I was worried about it sticking but it popped out no problem after letting it cool.

Grandma asked to make the cake
Each year for my grandchildrens birthday they ask me to make their cakes. I try to get creative and this year for my granddaughter's 5th birthday I made a rainbow Bundt cake. I could not find the pan locally so ordered this one on Amazon. So glad I did! It was the perfect size and turned out great. I'll be making more Bundt cakes now.

Cake batter formula for large pans
I had some difficulty finding a formula to make x cups of cake batter so I will share it.A box mix makes 4 cupsA from scratch recipe is as followsFor every 1/2 cup of flour in your recipe will yeild 1 cup of cake batter. So if your recipe calls for 1 1/2 cups flour you will have 3 cups of batter. Also bake at a lower temp 325° for 60 - 90 minUPDATEI measured out the ingredients. I am an experienced baker, I have lots of tools but making 12 cups batter is not going to happen in my 5qt kitchen aid. It took my kitchen aid and hand mixer to pull this off.For the most part professional bakers do not use 4" deep pans to create a theme cake instead the opt for (2 to 3) 2" layers. Stack, shape, and frost. You will need to line this pan with paper or parchment. I cut a ring of parchment an inch wider and cut 2 inch slits every 2 inches on the outside and center. I put shortening on the entire pan and the paper. It won't cover the pan completely but it will help it release. I filled the pan to within 1 1/2" of the top.RECIPE WHITE CAKE4 cup white sugar1 cup butter4 eggs4 teaspoons vanilla extract6 cups all-purpose flour7 teaspoons baking powder1 cup milkGREASE PAN and add paper to bottom. Grease paper. (See photos)Sift dry ingredients in bowlBeat butter and sugar in separate bowlAdd eggs one at a timeAdd vanillaAdd 1/3 of dry ingredients and 1/2 of the milkMix slowly then repeatStir in remaining dry ingredients, mix till just combined.Scrape bowl often. Use spatula to be sure to get to the bottom.Pour into pan to within 1 1/2" from the topBake in center for 60-90 minutes @ 325°fLet cool in pan for 10 min, run knife to loosen cake from pan, turn out onto wire rack. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in fridge.Decorate as you wish.

perfect pan in which to make pudim!
I don't know why I didn't have this long before I bought it. Not only is it lightweight, easy to clean, easy to handle, it is the perfect pan in which to make pudim (Brazilian flan). Highly recommend that all bakers have this pan in their kitchen arsenal. 10 stars for this item!

Ruined two cakes!
I greased and floured this pan just like any other pan. First cake fell apart, stuck to the top. I thought it was my fault, maybe I took it out too soon. Tried again. Amply greased and floured and let that stinker rest. And once again, top of the cake stuck. Ruined two cakes. I’m very disappointed.

Buen producto
Me gustó mucho, no se pegó nada y desmoldó enseguida. Lo imaginaba un poquito más amplio pero de todas maneras me funcionó bien.
