Good cup tiny dent
This is a great design dad loved the gift there was a small dent he was fine with it but thats a sign of lower durability so I'm only giving 4 stars. It did keep his drink hot for over 6 hours which is nice. Havent tested a cold drink but hes a hot drink kind of person.

Broken item, disappointing
Cup came broken. The black mouthpiece at the top was broken and non-functional. Tried to return or replace and it required me to pay return shipping even just to have the item replaced. Very disappointed in this item and seller.
