Sorry I dont know as I dont crochet I dont know how it would work though

Q: How many balls woyld you need to make a baby blanket?

One ball makes a blanket that would be suitable for a car seat. Cast on 36 st and work til you run out. For a pram blanket I use 1.5 balls, cast on 44 st and keep going until you've used half of the second ball. For a bit blanket I use 2 balls, cast on 56 st and keep going til the ball runs out. I use a 12mm needle to cast on and then knit with 4.5mm needles. Hope this helps.

Q: How hard is this to knit with?

This is really easy to work with once you know how. I use this wool for pram covers its knit stitches the whole row using the flat piece not the pompom two stitches at a time soI hope this helps. If you use the actual pompom to knit a stitch it knocks the sequence off.
