UltraCyclone Pet Pro+ Cordless Handheld Vacuum

I ordered the Shark UltraCyclone Pet Pro Plus Cordless Hand Vacuum because we get a LOT of dried grass bits dragged in by our dog as well as fur balls, bits of toys and bones chewed, etc. and this is ideal for cleaning small areas without having to drag out the full vacuum. I was so impressed with the suction & ease of dumping, that I ordered two more - one for my garage work area, the other for another area of our house. Really a fantastic vacuum cleaner that is easy to handle and gets a good charge!

This is handy! For around the house use, one charge handles multiple uses and cleaning projects. Dust and fine debris pick up is also very good, easy to swap out parts for different uses, so it’s versatile. I’m set to use it more so to clean out my car, but when I did a quick pass through it was very efficient. Not too noisy, especially compared to a full sized vacuum I’d say. No clogging as of yet, and easy to empty without too much of a mess. Honestly I’m happy I bought it, as I was going back and forth looking through multiple handheld options that I could use for the house and car. I’m satisfied. ALSO it’s easy to store! And again, quick charging for use.

I’d say it’s pretty rare that I get excited about buying things like vacuums, but this has been one of the best purchases I’ve made lately. It was a bit of an impulse by I really didn’t want to take too much time to look at 1 million different versions and compare all the reviews. I decided to just take a chance on this and I’m glad that I did. It’s very easy to use and it does have a small trash container. It allows me to use it for small projects without having to empty it multiple times. The best part is how easy it is to use. It’s convenient to be able to pick it up. walk around with it and get into small spaces. A charge doesn’t last super long but again this is something that is just gonna be for tidying up in small quantities. it would work well for cleaning your car and the charge would definitely last long enough to clean your car a few times I guess depending on how gross your car is to begin with. Overall, it has great quality very decent suction and it comes with a couple different attachments if you’re into that kind of thing. I tend to really only use the basic nozzle. If you do plan on sucking up a lot of hair or anything too thick it can get stuck and you may need to touch the inside of the trash receptacle to get it out. But for the most part, you can use the button on the side to empty it without having to touch anything that you just sucked up. I’ve never been this excited about a vacuum, but it has made things much easier to get into smaller spaces which a regular vacuum can’t always do. If you’re on the fence I would say just go ahead and buy this.

This product is great! Very lightweight, powerful, picks up cat litter, dog hair, and all kinds of dust and dirt. Easy to empty bin and the attachments, especially the pet power brush, are awesome! So why not 5 stars? It really needs a docking station! You must keep this plugged in when you are not using it. If you don't, you'll find that the battery life will only last for a few minutes, and waiting six hours for it to fully charge is just too long and ruins the utility of this great product! Even their documentation tells you to keep it plugged in between using it. So if you don't mind plugging this in after each use, you'll get a solid 10 minutes of powerful cleaning. A docking station would take care of this issue and earn it another star, making it a 5 star review! Just remember to keep it fully charged and you'll love it!

This may be the best purchase I’ve made in a very long time! I have actually been telling friends about this amazing super vacuum. The price is fair and the product does exactly what it promises amazingly —-it’s efficient, light-weight, easy to use and powerful. I bought it for the purpose of collecting dog hair on upholstered furniture and pillows. AND it did not disappoint …it has a motorized feature that does the job very well. This makes a great gift! This is a must have for pet owners.

Edit: called up their service line, which was a little tedious but service fixed the problem quick with a replacement being mailed out. So great service, but there are still there are some drawbacks. We've had this vacuum for less than a year. It has a nice set of attachments. Suction is pretty decent for a unit of this size. The pet hair/carpet rolling suction attachment is a nice idea but it's not super effective in getting off cat and fine dog hair. It probably would be okay for thicker hair. It's clearly a bit more premium than the cheaper units you can find at Amazon. Build quality generally is okay, and the unit has a nice weight and balance to it. The worst thing about this vacuum is that it's incredibly fragile. Over repeated inserting and removal of the different attachments the tip shattered. As far as I can tell it's not replaceable. We use this maybe 1x a week, so it's not due to heavy use. Looking at this, once the tip shatters further, it's over, that's the end of the unit because you can't attach anything to it. The cracks are slowly making their way down the side and it's a matter of time (a few months?) before we won't be able to use this unit anymore. Other things that aren't deal breakers but aren't great either: (1) the cleanout buttons get stuck really easily and it can take a lot of strength to pop open the buttons. My mother for instance can't push hard enough with her hands and has to gets spoon or something to pop it open, and my wife struggles to open it. (2) the lack of an affordable mount is just silly. If you call them up you'll be told it costs like $30 total to get a base you can plug this into. It makes this unit much less aesthetic and inconvenient than other systems that come with a base, or have an affordable base that isn't 3/5 the cost of the vacuum. I wouldn't take any stars off for this though, you should expect it as it's pretty clear there is no base or mount for this thing. Still, c'mon Shark, you're kind of a premium brand compared to other vacuums you can get around here. (3) The suction isn't bad but isn't awesome and has been getting worse over time -- and it's been less than a year as I mentioned. Might be the broken tip, might be fading batteries. Neither are great. (4) as some other reviewers mentioned the suction comes out of a very small tip which makes surface cleaning tedious because you have a small high suction strip or a wide low section bar.

I have two of these they are my favorite hand held vacuum cleaner. Easy to use and easy to empty. Charges up fast and they are not loud my cats have no fear when cleaning up their litter mess. They are very durable as I’ve been using them for over three years now. I highly recommend getting them for a quick pickup for your cleaning needs.

Pros : I really love have a small hand held vacuum that I can just whip out to suction a small mess without having to pull out my bigger one. Incredibly easy for a 18 month to use ( 10/10 toddler loved how easy it was for him to pick up and vacuum under stools) Also loved that there was three different pieces to attach Charging is easy and really if I have to use it past 30 min I would be using the larger vacuum for that , this is just good when I’m cleaning a room and doing day to day clean ups Cons A few months in and I love it but the attachable pieces don’t all have ridges? To insert into the vacuum and so the clear plastic piece has cracked because on some I have to fit into the ridge and the others don’t all fit into it and stay in. For now I’ve gonna see if I can tape up to keep using it. The other thing is that it’s hard to get the little trash button on it to open the thing so I can pour out the debris
