Beautifully presented in a box. The engraving was clear. A long chain on the pendant. A lovely and practical item.

Made really well. I have a size 18.5 neck and the chain sits comfortably around my neck and I hardly notice I'm wearing the tags, I've placed to separate orders as I had to much info to put one tag. Then i put two tags on one chain and they still sit comfortably together.Customer service came back to me quickly in response to a query I had as I wasn't sure if I'd save the txt correctly, they sent a copy of what I had asked for that put my mind at ease instantly. I will buy this med alert chain and tag again when I need to change any info in the future.

I have these for both my Atrial Fribulation and Diabetes. People need to know in case anything happens to you. Nice tags well printed.

Bought for my husband and brother as they're type 1 and type 2 diabetic,Good alert tagsVery well made and engraved,Nicely packaged in protective sleeve and in boxes with silk bag .Put them in crackers for Christmas,Only thing I didn't like about them was edges slightly rough,Arrived very quickly.And recipients really liked them .Would recommend.
