All as expected. Read on previous review that screws were missing. Oh not me as well. On preparing box (coffin size) for recycling low and behold there they were. Could they not have been sellotaped to a part of product not being disposed of?

This house arrived little bit damaged, but it was on a place where it doesn’t matter, so I didn’t return it back. My cat immediately started to use this “holiday” home after I got it. I put inside self heated blanket. Unfortunately, this houses using also other cats in neighbourhood when my cat is not around - but I don’t care. I placed this house between house and hedge in the front of the house.

Betty Boo is a semi feral cat who has decided she no longer wants to come inside! With the weather changing I thought I’d buy her an outside dwelling - it was fairly easy to assemble - a bit of strength needed for the door and window vents - but otherwise all easy. My partner said she’d not use it - but with a bit of coaxing - a towel and some cat nip - she’s inside :-). If it gets colder - I’m hoping she will come in - but she’s happy and safe atm. I put a sand bag on the top to stop it blowing away if there is a gale and it’s also in front of parking bays so I don’t want any damage to peoples cars.

I put it outside for our neighbours cat who usually sleeps in the bushes, she moved in straight away, I put a warm cat bed inside, perfect for cold winter weather.

I waited a week for this item, was really excited because for some reason my cat likes to sleep outside in the winter, so thought this would be perfect for him, it got delivered with a broken roof...Unfortunately my son had already assembled it by the time I got home so im unable to return it.Please advise as I'm not happy at all with the quality.

We bought it for a cat and she loves it.

Product sturdy but lid doesn’t click in, just rests on top. Flies off in the wind, defeats the object when for cats when raining. Had to add posts so can still remove lid for cleaning but so doesn’t fly off 🙄

Seems sturdy, this one came not broken.I bought a similar one probably the year before model and it came broken.This was a bit pricier but came intact.A bit expensive but nice.My cat doesn't like it, but it's not the manufacturer or the seller's fault. Hehe
