Normal hat size is 7 3/8 and I ordered according to the size chart. There is a little extra room around the band but it sits firmly on my head and had no problems walking 2 miles in the wind yesterday afternoon. Seams are tight without puckers or loose threads, very professional craftsmanship. Better noggin coverage in the back means more sun protection than most, which is important if your head is growing through your hair in that area like mine is. I will be ordering some other colors for my birthday with the intention of donating all of my other caps. Thanks It takes a while to get these but well worth the wait. I will update this later if I encounter any unexpected problems.

Fits perfectly. Size is just as I expected. Comfortable. Looks nice. Price isn't bad.

I love stetson. Some of the stitching seems a little iffy but if it gives out I'll fix it easy. I wear a xl in their cowboy hats but a large in cotton hats...I guess I'm in between sizes. Easy solution is to size down and stretch the hat over my knee though

My head is a 7. The size I ordered was a medium (7-71/4). Hat fits slightly loose, but not too loose which is what I expected. Difficult for me to find a hat small enough and this one fit the bill. Very well made also. Seems pricey, but for those who haven't shopped hats it's a good price for a quality hat that fits. Order anything for less money and you are likely to be disappointed in size or quality.

Wore this hat for about 6 months before it started falling apart, but in that time it was very comfortable.

This is a well-made product with tailoring that suits my taste. I was looking for a flat / ivy / driving cap without a duckbill peak. I was looking for the sides above my ears to be vertical versus spreading out to the sides or tilting inwards. I was also looking for a cap made of natural and animal-friendly products. i.e. no petrochemicals and no wool. I hope to get more of these when they are in stock.

Have several baseball caps but when driving a small roadster the long 'bill' gets in the way. This cap solves that problem. A light, comfortable cap that is functional. Has an interesting history too. Perfect fit & finish. Would buy again..in fact probably will!

Delivery and tracking were unclear but I received the Stetson flat cap in good time. The cap is a good fit and comfortable to wear all day. In my opinion the product is well designed and well made. I’m pleased with my purchase.

Heel tevreden! Maat (thuis opgemeten) is helemaal goed. De Stetson zit goed en staat goed (zeggen ze). OOk nog eens zonwerende katoen.
