I don’t normally write reviews but this is an excellent desk. It’s really sturdy and the electric raising and lowering is quiet and smooth. You can set 2 customs heights so just hit one button to go to standing height or sitting height. I just bought the frame to save money and then made a really nice desk top from ply with nice edging attached. It looks really good. For the price I am super impressed with the desk. Being able to stand to work has made a huge improvement to my comfort when working from home. Thoroughly recommended.

been using this for over a month using a desk-top that I've built, works great & its pretty solid.A bit wobbly at the very top even with a heavy worktop, this seems to be coming from the legs & legs extended joint. I'd assume you'd have to pay a lot more for a system with 4 raising points in order to completely eliminate any wobble so I'm still happy with the value overall.

Nice and sturdy when put together. Would have been five stars but small marks on one leg and not so easy to put together. There are two cover plates underneath that had small bolts to secure them. Neither my son or I could fix them so ended up using pop rivets.

Lest year I decided to make a standing desk as I noticed I was having back issues slouching in my seat whilst on the computer. This worked fine but this year I noticed my knees were starting to complain, along with my shoulders, as I have a habit of gaming for up to 4+hrs at a time, so I took a look at a sit/stand desk. This one seemed to fit my wish list perfectly so ordered it after reading some reviews. You can buy cheaper, manually adjustable desks but I like my toys so went for a motorised one. I was told it would take about a week to arrive but it turned up after 2 days which I was very happy with. Allen keys and a spanner are supplied, and sufficient to do the job but depending on the work top you're using, I would recommend a drill for making pilot holes, and driving the screws. I have reused the kitchen worktop I was using, after cutting it down a bit. (I'm using it at 1500mm). What I would recommend is that you assemble the frame and then lay it on the underside of your tabletop and fix everything in place, before standing it up. I screwed the psu for the motor to the underside of the worktop so it was out of sight. Now that it's assembled, I can see one downside. It's very difficult to hide the cables! However, a friend of mine suggested running a curtain along the back of the desk, which will hide the cables, and when it's in the lower position, the curtain will just lay on the floor. That is my final job and the desk is finished. Only time will tell if the motor will hold up, but it's not going to get a lot of use, maybe once or twice a day at most. As for the amount of noise, I am pleasantly surprised how quiet it is. If you have background music, it's barely noticable. If you buy the model with the memory buttons, you can press for the desired height, go and do something else, and it's ready when you come back.

I bought this as I will be working from home for a long period and often like to stand up while working. I have been very impressed with the build quality of this frame. The instructions are very good, easy to follow which made it easy to assemble and didn't take long at all, probably about 30 mins, if that. All tools were provided to complete as well. I especially love the 2 memory settings function on the model I bought, which makes it very easy to set the table at either sitting or standing level with just a touch of a button. All is needed is to put a tabletop on it and away you go. Very impressed and been the envy of my team.
