I spent a lot of time researching different projectors before deciding to go with the Toumei. The reason I chose it was because of the brightness and its ability to stream key apps without the need for external connections (Netflix, YouTube. Etc) Once I placed the order the projector arrived quickly, the packaging was very elegant and the projector itself looks great. We had some issues streaming Netflix and YouTube and so we contacted Toumei Support via WhatsApp, they answered very quickly and remotely solved all of our issues. Great support and very efficient as we could easily share pictures/videos so show exactly what the issues where.
