I've wanted to try making tamagoyaki for a while but needed the pan. I was planning on just using chopsticks while cooking, but the pan came with a fantastic spatula that matches the dimensions of the pan as well as a brush to brush on oil between each later of the tamagoyaki. The pan heated up nicely and had no hot or cold spots. The pan was also extremely non-stick so it was easy to fold the egg mixture on top of itself. Great purchase!

I was pleasantly surprised by this omelet pan. It feels a little small, but really it's exactly the right size. I made two omelets for breakfast and both came out very well. In fact, I'm considering buying a second pan because the only major issue we had was that I could only make one at a time which meant my partner was finished eating by the time mine was ready. The nonstick surface worked very well and the silicone spatula did a pretty good job of getting under the edge of the egg to flip and roll. It takes a bit of effort so it's not an everyday thing, but we will definitely be using it again for special breakfasts. For the price, it's a great option to see if it'll be used more than once. The metal is a little on the thin side. I've only used it once but I'm not sure about the long-term durability, but I'm hopeful that it will last a reasonably long time. The bottom did a good job of heating evenly so I don't think the thickness of the pan itself will be an issue. If you want to try out making omelets, this is a cost-effective entry.

Lo he usado varias veces y es muy bueno, me encanta la espátula es perfecta y súper util. Lo único es que si se quiere mantener en perfecto estado se debe tener cuidado con el, a mi se me quemó el aceite un poco una vez y se manchó pero igual funciona perfectamente.
