If your looking for exercise bands these will do the job. My only complaint is they are NOT labeled so that you know the strength. I put masking tape on them to label them but it comes off as does anything you write on them. So I just go by the thickness of the cable. Not exactly what I paid for but they do the job.

I've bought 3 different kinds/brands of resistance bands so far and this brand is what I would recommend.1. Other brand- the clip that holds the band (it wasnt a carabiner, a cheaper version) flexed open during a workout and the band snapped away since it was no longer held in place by the clip.2. 2nd brand I tried is a more expensive brand that is not accurate for what's printed on the weights. I.e 40lbs was only providing 26lbs of resistance, 50lbs= 26.02lbs of resistance etc.3. This brand was much more accurate with what the band resistance should have been according to their chart.However, the lbs are not printed on a tab like it appears to be in the image. I felt this was misleading since we are only glancing at the images not analyzing them.These have only just arrived so we'll see if they last.

...one reason: the handles are a little too small. My hands aren't exceptionally large--I wear a Large glove, like most adult guys--but the handles in this kit are just barely long enough to fit my hands. Which means the straps which connect to the workout bands constantly rub against my hands' skin. If they'd made those handles an inch longer, plus another couple inches of strap, we'd be golden. Still, a very nice selection of parts 'n pieces for the price, and I use this kit almost daily. Good stuff.

these have held up well and work just as they should. came with a decent list of exercises too. the bag they came in is falling apart, but we've been using the bands themselves for 6+ months consistently with no issue

Doesn't Break

The price is right for these. If you’re looking to have workout accessories at home these are great. They come with different attachments and an exercise template. I’m a personal trainer and I take these with me when I train clients. They come with a small black drawstring bag that can easily fit into a women’s purse , your backpack or a gym bag.Great purchase.

Loved the versitility and the price. I was doing great until I included my legs. It gave me all kinds of stretches I could do but the leg one broke the green band in the middle. I would have kept it if I was not nervous that a snapped band could have hurt in another position. Great refund.

I did not like the fact that the user diagrams were all on a sheet as small as a 5×7. Fortunately Office max can enlarge for me. I'm new to resistance and will feel better with the diagrams for reference.
