I use these to make Smash Burgers on the griddle. I also use the same sheat to put on top of the scale to wight the balls of ground beef. Win,win. They are much easer to use that cutting parchment paper. 200 should last a long time as I only use one to make as many Smash Burgers as we need. Usually 4-6 Burgers.

We use it for smashbugers on the Blackstone. They keep the burgers from sticking to the press.

These work okay. As long as they fit flat and perfectly you will find that they do the job. If they are too big for the pan they won't lay flat so make sure to get the right size.

I use these when making smashburgers in my cast iron skillet or on my big outdoor griddle. I can use one for several burgers before having to change to a new one. I also use them to make patties to go on the charcoal grill. I make round balls and smash them out on the counter before stacking them on a plate to carry out to the grill. For the grill, I leave the rounds in place to keep them separated. I just pick one up and slap it on the grate and then peel off the parchment round. Works great.

The precut rounds make life so much simpler! I will definitely keep these on hand.

As happy as you can be about round parchment paper, these make cooking smash burgers so much easier.
