I love this fire pit. I was able to put this together by myself with no issues. Came boxed and packed really well not to damage the pit. Took me about 30-45 min to put together. Since it is July in SC I’m not able to commit on the heat it puts out but so far I love it. I only used a pack and 1/2 of the 10 lb glass rocks so that may give you an idea when ordering. It does come with the lava rocks but I didn’t want to use them. I think this is something I will use for a long time.

Love this fire pit. We have it on our front patio with two pub chairs. Love that is looks aesthetically nice. There is a cover for the fire area so it just looks like a nice table. I put a plant in it when we’re not using it. It’s super easy to use. I love that it came with a nice cover as well. We do cover it if it’s going to rain. I would definitely recommend this fire pit.

Followed the instructions to lite it. Held in the igniter button, made sure the gas tank valve open and full. Held in the gas valve for 1 minute after the flame started. I slowly released the gas valve and the flame went out. I followed the instructions to try again and the same thing happened. Tried shutting off the unit and waiting 15 minutes and then tried again. Didn't work. I am waiting for a response from the seller. Any suggestions out there or did some have the same issue.

I have changed my review of this product because the seller compensated our extra expensive as told in the paragraph below.Putting this together was pretty easy until we tried to connect the control panel with a side panel. The machined holes did not match. After pics and emails were sent to the company, a new panel was sent but that did not work. I don’t think the company understood our dilemma. We took both parts to a shop and had holes drilled in the panel. It works great and looks nice after we finished. We opted out not send back because half was assembled and the item is pretty heavy.

The product arrived early. Which is always a good thing. However, the box was damaged as well as few of its contents. It appears something was stacked on top of it. Its superficial, nothing but straightening out and some mocha paint can't take care of. Surprisingly, it fired right up the firs time. Sitting right next to it, it is the perfect height. I look forward to refilling my propane tanks as the weeks go into months and years, with the amount of use I'll get out of this. One item that should sell is a flame/heat diffuser, so that the heat can be channeled accordingly.

This company clearly put thought into the assembly instructions! They were clear, concise and all parts there! It’s the perfect size for smaller patios and looks amazing with any decor! Great little fire table!

Once it was together we realized dents and damage in numerous places (see pics) without random damage we definitely would have made it 5 stars instead of 4. However, we love this unit anyway. It is so nice to be able to push a button and have a fire. No more kindling, no more smoke. It is great! Included are pics on high, and on low. The cover also fits great. Assembly is much easier with two people.

The welded nut used to secure the propane tank at the bottom of the tank broke when I tightened it. The nut is tack welded at 2 spots. Not big deal since the tank sits in a support and the unit is only sitting on the patio. When assembling the unit, do not tighten the fasteners until the end. Leave loose until all is assembled. The instructions state this. Don't smoke the fasteners when tightening or something will snap. This is low grade steel you are working with. As far as operation, it is easy to light and use. This was a good purchase.
