Great Sound Quality and Battery Life
I am a picky headphone/ear bud person. I have a half dozen sets lying around abandoned because they failed me in some way. I was looking for sweat proof wireless ear buds for walking/running outside. I was not looking for complete noise cancellation like my standard head phones as I wanted to be able to hear traffic and the approach of nefarious types but still be able to hear my music or podcasts. And for the love of Pete - they need to stay in my ears while I run, stay connected to my phone while it's in my pocket, and not short circuit from a little sweat. These fit the bill perfectly. The sound quality is pretty darn good (the bass doesn't slap but I don't necessarily expect that from an ear bud). They do not fully cancel noise but you don't lose the sound of your music to the surrounding back ground noise (say a large passing truck or the tweaker screaming in the unSafeway parking lot at the poor guy at the bus stop). Caveat: I have not tried them in a noisy gym yet because 2020 has been nonsense. The around the ear bit is moldable so they stay firmly tucked in my earholes and so far my personal weather system has not shorted them out- it's been cold though, will report back in the summer if they die. The battery life is phenomenal and the charging case is great. Would recommend.

Edit from 4 to 1 star: broke after about 4 weeks.
My original review is below. I changed from 4 to 1 star because the adjustable ear hook broke after about 4 weeks. These ear hooks have a wire inside so you can mold them as needed. Unfortunately, you need to do that a lot, because the way they fit your ear is not the way they fit into the charging case. After about 4 weeks of taking them off, adjusting the hook to fit into the case, then re-adjusting when I put them back on, the moldable wire in one of them broke in the middle so I can no longer adjust them. It's not worth trying another pair because this will always be a weak point in the design, and I'm not willing to risk that a new pair will last only a little longer, and then I won't be able to return them. These can be great, or awful. It will depend on what you're looking for in a pair of earbuds, and most importantly how they fit your ear. So, choose a seller where these are fulfilled by Prime/Amazon, that way you can easily return them. 1) The sound quality is fine, and there are 3 built in equalizer profiles. 2) Size: Large. No one will not notice these. That comes with better controls/buttons than most competitors though 3) Fit: This is one of the main problems. The part that goes in your ear is one-size-fits-all. They don't give you any different sized tips to use. This is a main reason I said prepare to return 3-B) Fit part 2: These don't seal in your ear. Skull Candy says this it its "Stay Aware Feature", but that might just be their marketing spin for not having great fit & multiple tip options. Tips are easy, if they wanted "Stay Aware", they should still have given tips so people can choose. As with any earbuds that don't seal, the sound quality isn't as good. 4) Controls: This was a main reason I purchased-- full controls on both sides. Volume, skip song, power, voice assistant, answer/hang up calls. 5) Battery: Fine, as advertised, and you can quick charge and get 1.5-2 hours out of a 10-15 minute charge. 6) Case/Battery pack: Awful. It's very big, so it's not going to fit nicely in any pockets. For a lot of women's clothes with tiny pockets, it just won't fit. Also the part of these that goes over your ear can get in the way and stop the battery from charging, so you sometimes have to move it move it around to get these to charge. (it flexes to whatever shape your want) You'll know when you're good because you'll feel the magnet have a good hold.

Pairing can be a struggle, but comfortable and sound reasonable enough
I find these earbuds to be very comfortable and they form the best seal for this style of ear tip from other earbuds. They cancel out a little too much noise for me to wear both while walking on roads, I thought there was a passthrough mode but there isn't. Sound is bass heavy, but sounds good. They stay in my ears well. The buttons are easy to use. Pairing with these can be somewhat of an ordeal. They sometimes pair automatically, but they usually don't. I find myself needing to pair them in settings before every use. Especially if you want to only use one bud, I think you have to take out both and then put the one you don't want back into the case. You can't wander too far from your device without losing connection, but I haven't had issues with connection with my device nearby. The case itself can charge wirelessly or with a USB-C cable. Whoever decided to put the rubbery coating on the case should be fired. Expect your case to become a huge lint/hair magnet. The upside is that it isn't slippery and shouldn't fall out of your pocket. You will also have to move the hook around to get each bud to charge. You will know they are connected from a light that will flash when they are seated. There is also a positive magnetic feel. These are worth the price only because it is difficult to find earbuds that are both not in the ear canal and have the hook. These are comfortable and sound nicely, which make up for the other shortcomings.

I love these headphones
Ive bought a second pair since they've been discontinued. Ive used these for years, working, biking, running. Bought a replacement when I lost one, wore them till they fell apart then wrapped them in electrical tape and kept wearing them. The new gummy earpiece ones dont fit in my ears, I hope skullcandy keeps making molded earpiece headphones

Spotty connection and odd fit
I really wanted to like these! I've had a ton of different Skullcandy headphones and think they're a great company, but these suffer from the same issue that I had with their previous generation of wireless headphones: For some reason, the connection just cannot stay solid when I'm walking around outside. The sound skips pretty often, either completely dropping or only coming out of one headphone for a split second. It seems to be happening in some areas more than others, like if I'm in a more crowded intersection or sometimes when cars drive by. It's really distracting. It also happens less if I take my phone out of my pocket and hold it closer to my head which makes me think that they've got some kind of bluetooth field issue that can't handle a layer of fabric when walking around outside. They work great indoors! No skipping issues at all when I'm inside. It just sucks that I can't use them outside walking around in a city. ---------------------- The fit is kinda strange too. The arms do hold the headphones in place pretty well - I've never felt like they were gonna fall off just from me moving around. They work really well for exercise and I don't feel like they get in the way while I'm lifting weights or riding a bike. The problem comes when I try to put them on - due to the arms retaining shape, I need to sorta undo them to fit them over my ears and then readjust them to get the fit right. Also (and this may just be a problem because of my weird ear shape) but I have to undo the arm fitting in order to get them charging back inside of the case - one of my headphones seems to magnetically lock in place but the other has to be eased into position or it won't charge. Lastly, the way they sorta sit right on the edge of the ear canal, not inside like traditional earbuds fit or surrounding the ear like over-hear headphones fit, is just really strange. I've gotten more used to it over the last few days, but it's...unique.

Impressed by quality
Originally bought it so that I may work out with music not only did it exceed my expectations but for the price that I paid the quality is outstanding the sound is incredible and it contours to my ear for excellent comfort. The case is made from some type of non-slip rubber which feels amazing when you grip it, they charge completely and under 20 minutes and they last me over 12hours,light weight and u can download the tile app and track each individual earbud, best wireless earbuds I've ever bought.

They have better for cheaper
I love skullcandy as a brand. I have a power bank, noise canceling headphones, bass boosting headphones, wired headphones, and a different set of bluetooth earbuds. These are a huge miss compared to their other (cheaper) products. The sound quality is good as always but in the few years I’ve had these they have never quite worked for me. They hurt my ears even with the smallest earbud attachments, they fall out, the wireless charging only lasted maybe a month, and worst thing for me is while in the case in my bag they disconnect from their charging and connect to my phone. So not only do they not charge but my phone will suddenly connect to my headphones in the middle of calls (or anything) if the headphones get bumped a little (or if they don’t. they have randomly connected to my phone from another room undisturbed) the color was spot on though so if thats all that matters go for it

These have turned me into a believer.
I was pretty skeptical at first, based on reviews, but I love these. No, they do not cancel outside sound, but as a Mom, I didn't want that. I have teeny ear canals that nothing fits in, and these are perfect. No, they don't fit inside, but with the ear hook thingys - is that a term? - they don't fall out. The case zips up, which I LOVE. It was a little tricky putting them in the case the first few times, but I think I e figured it out. They charge super fast, and last forever. I do wish that there was so e sort of indicator on the case showing how much they had left to charge. I downloaded both the Tile app, and Skullcandy app. With the Tile app you can make each earbud okay a noicse, but it is not near loud enough. That said, I do think that having Tile integrated will help a lot with lost earbuds, which I have lost many pairs of. I've also ruined earbuds from being out in the rain, and these are waterproof which is awesome. So far I really like these. I'll come back in a few weeks and update my review.
