AXT Carbon Helix 5 Quiver, Black

Purchased the Helix 5 quiver in Camo and was fairly disappointed right off the bat. First, the quiver has to turn a roughly 45 degree radius which means that on most bows, its going to either hit the mounting bracket of the sight or the mounting bracket of the rest. In my case, it hit both. The only option was to installed a half dozen or so tiny washers under the mounting screws so that the mounting bracket is out away from the riser of the bow. I checked this on several bows and it would have been the same on each bow we had: Mathews Creed, Mission Menace, Mission Riot and the bow this was actually going on, mys sons Mission Craze.The modifications were not the end of the world though and certainly not the reason for a 1 star rating. After mounting the bow, within a week of use (we do shoot nearly every day) the plastic bracket that has a small roller that keeps the quiver tight in the bracket, just snapped off! I call extreme archery and expected an apology and an offer of a new part. Instead, I was told they have a new quick release mounting system that replaces the style I had now and he would send me one....for $19.99. Now this is not the cheapest quiver in the world, we paid $89.99 for it at Gander Mountain, so I didn't really think I should be paying another $20 to fix what likely was a defect in their design, although they didn't admit it. Bottom line is that if I had been able to find the receipt, I would have just returned it, but now I'm going to see how this new system works. Even if it does work out OK, I still would have a hard time recommended this quiver, or any product from Archer Extreme.
