The Capezio Little Kid/Big Kid Footundeez H07C Lyrical Shoe is a great choice for any young dancer. These shoes are not only comfortable and lightweight, but they are also easily washable. As a parent, I love that these shoes can be thrown in the washing machine after a long day of dance practice. They hold up well in the wash and come out looking just as good as new. The stretchy material ensures a perfect fit and the grip on the bottom of the shoe provides excellent traction for dancing. My child loves wearing these shoes and says they are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Overall, I would highly recommend the Capezio Little Kid/Big Kid Footundeez H07C Lyrical Shoe to any young dancer looking for a comfortable and easy-to-maintain shoe.

She is a size 5 adult and they for nice if they dance a lot but more then a pair they do wear out

I bought these for my daughter who wears a youth size 1 or 1.5 in a regular shoe. I bought size XL which is supposed to be equivalent to a youth size 2-3. I was thinking buy them a little big now, she won't stretch them out and she can wear them for a while as her feet grow larger and they will stretch with her. Unfortunately, they don't work even now. I know that they are supposed to fit snuggly and that they will stretch with wear, however, we couldn't even pull them on her feet enough to get the pad under the ball of her foot. When we had the toes all the way in, the elastic was crossing the ball of her foot, not the pad. Also, in that position the base of her toes were being compressed together so it looked like she had bunions the way they were scrunched and overlapping. She said she looked liked one of Cinderella's stepsisters trying to cram her toes into something that doesn't fit. For the record, my daughter has very normal feet, not wide, not fat, and I have an older daughter who is a dancer so my children have worn dance shoes for years and we've always found them to be close to true size (within .5 to 1 of the normal shoe size). These you will really need to buy larger than they say. I have returned the Big Kid Footundeez in XL and we are going to try an adult size Petite (for women's size 5 feet).

My daughter typically wears a size 12 shoe in little girls shoes. The little girl XL fit perfect!

Thanks to all of the other reviews, I was able to order what I thought would be the right size, and thankfully they are perfect! My daughter is 7 and wears as size 12 in little girls shoes- I had to order an extra large on the foot undies, and they are just very slightly big... basically gives her enough growing room to get through the year. Without the other reviews though, I wouldn't have been able to order the right size. I don't understand why Capezio even bothers to make a smaller foot undie- my daughter just turned 7 and is using these... don't think there are that many 3 or 4 year olds wearing modern/lyrical shoes to warrant them even making them that small. Just makes buying them more confusing!

Bought my daughter XL. She wears a 13 in girls’ shoes. Seem to fit her well and should be able to stretch and grow the whole dance year. All of the girls in Lyrical love these Foot Undies by Capezio better than Bare Paws or another lyrical shoe where you have to put each individual toe in like a glove. But why so expensive for the tiniest bit of stretchy material? You can buy tap shoes for this price.

My daughter wears a size 13 and based off what other reviews have said I ordered an XL even though the package says they will fit size 2-3. They fit her perfectly. They are not baggy or slip while wearing. While I do think they might fit up to a size 2 the elastic would get stretched out quickly and I would worry about them being uncomfortable due to how tight they are. Overall very happy!

It’s a small fit, but built to last. Stronger than it appears and my daughter had no complaints about comfort.
