Solid choice for a casual listener
First off, I'm no audiophile, so I won't speak too much to the sound quality these earbuds have except to say that they seem perfectly good to me. I've enjoyed podcasts, audiobooks, and music with them with no issues as far as sound quality goes. The touch buttons are pretty easy to use and respond pretty well. The only time I have an issue is if my hair is wet and touches them and then they'll do weird things like pause, turn the volume up, etc. So be sure to keep them dry! (A similar problem sometimes happens if I touch them and my fingers are wet). They seem to charge pretty quickly, and the battery life is good. But charging is the issue I docked a star for. Just putting the earbuds into the charger and closing it doesn't guarantee they'll turn off and charge. Sometimes it takes a looooong time of fiddling about with the exact placement in the case before they will stop connecting to my phone and charge, and if I'm not careful I'll wind up with dead earbuds when I thought they were charging. Some days I simply cannot get that to work, so I'll just turn them off manually and set them in the case, and that seems to at least prevent them from reconnecting to my phone over and over and draining the battery. Also, when I initially got them, for some reason the right earbud played super quietly while the left seemed totally normal. I haven't had that issue in a while, and I do remember at one point doing some sort of reset with them, so maybe that fixed the problem???? Just something to be aware of.Finally, I'd like to note that when I was shopping for earbuds, I picked these ones because as far as I could tell these were the only ones around this price point where I wasn't reading reviews along the lines of "watch out; I gave these a bad review and the company reached out to me and offered me ______ if I would change it." So that alone seemed somewhat promising, although maybe those kinda of reviews existed for these ones too and I just didn't see them. But for myself I can say that no one coerced me into reviewing these positively!Overall I would recommend these earbuds to someone who likes music, audiobooks, and the like but isn't crazy demanding and who doesn't want to spend too much. I recommended them to my mom, and she ended up buying a pair (although my sister is almost exclusively the one who uses them, lol, and I'm not aware of any issues she's had with them).

Excellent for the price
These have worked very well for over 2 years, longer than most other earbuds I know of, and even now the only issue I am having is the container running out of battery a little too quickly. Definitely plan to purchase again when I get too annoyed to deal with that anymore. The quality is great, the way of tapping to go forward and backward takes a little time to get used to but isn't too bad, and compared to what else you can get for this price, I think they're pretty great.

Great earbuds!
I like that you can use the left or right headphone if you only want to use one. I have had more expensive headphones that could not do this.

Good first impression
I have not tested the following things:- Call quality- durability with sweating/rain- battery life- displacement in ear canal over a long period of running/jumpingHowever, here are my pros and cons:Pros:- Good volume range -- this was important to me and something I was specifically searching for. The lowest volume is pretty low, and if I want to let background noise in, I can displace it slightly out of my canal, which is also something I like.- ergonomic earbud design. It sits in my ear very well [after making sure my eartip size was correct] and doesn't look bulky, unnatural, or too noticeable. It almost blends in.- small case. easy to pack and go- snug fit in ear. does not dislodge [only tested for a short period of time] - this was also something I was actively searching for in my earbuds.cons:- inability to fully control music [skip forward and back, volume up and down] on one earbud alone - requires two for that task. This is not a problem you're a passive listener and don't adjust the music or volume much. If you are that kind of person, keep in mind that you're going to need both earbuds in at the same time to make it possible - one earbud isn't going to do the job.- inconsistency in LED coloring. For example, low battery on the case is indicated as flashing white light, but on the earbuds, it's flashing red light. It's not a big deal, just an inconsistency that might confuse me down the line. It would be more intuitive if the product had the same color in both the earbuds and case for the same behaviours - red for low battery, white for charging, and blue for fully charged.- ***the manual says [page 4, "charge the case" section] to "please make sure the current is not greater than 5V 1A". The average person doesn't know how to test their current, myself included. Also, a typical wall outlet in my location can output up to 15 amps [equivalent to 120 volts], so this is concerning because it's possible the outlet is sending too much current to the case. The manual states one sentence, but neither lists how to test it nor how to correct the issue if too much current is going to the case. This is a problem. I want to set up the ideal environment for my case so it lasts as long as it can, but I have no idea how to do that - please, tell me!Overall, I haven't had the product long enough to make a definitive decision, but it has the qualities I wanted. The cons are really more nickpicking than anything else [but the current testing thing really should be addressed for the sake of thoroughness].

Not bad!
For $30, these are pretty solid. My main issue is that they will randomly turn themselves on while in the case and connect to my phone, which leads to some battery drain. I've tried everything to prevent this from happening, but in the year or so I've had them, it's a consistent problem. Not at all a deal breaker though, considering the price!
