Whole Wheat Pasta
It is whole wheat but I have found a few other brands that cook better and taste better. Like Community Grains.

Not as Good as Advertised
For whole wheat pasta, there is much better whole wheat pasta out there. This pasta is OK, but I have had much better quality pasta. I realize that it comes down to taste sometimes, but this pasta from DeLallo, I will not be buying again.
