Gobe 43mm Star Filter Kit: 4 points, 6 points, 8 points (2Peak)

A great little set for something a little different.4 point is very subtle, 6 is very nice and the 8 is maybe a little in your face depending on the scene - I have used them with various sunsets and the 8 is too much but may work well in a city scene pretty well.Usual fantatsic Gobe/Urth quality with steel caps and a bag to keep them in once in your camera bag,No impact on quality or exposure at all so I have actually left my 6 point one on by default on my 17-35mm lense.

Fantastic collection of Star filters, and all contained in a had such with front a rear protective covers.The built of these filters is great, I have previously used Hoya filters but think I have found a credible alternative - and whats more a eco friendly company!I would highly recommend these filters, as you can see the results are fantastic!

Only used the four point one so far but it seems to work fine with little or no colour casting or soft focussing. Received in a nice tub which fits neatly into my camera bag. The filters are in a bag inside with screw on caps at either end to keep them safe plus a cleaning cloth. Excellent value for money.

I don't use filters very often (apart from for lens protection). When I do, I usually buy Hoya Pro-1. I wanted a star filter and wasn't sure how many points to do for so this appeared to be a good option offering 4, 6 and 8 and although there were only a handful of reviews, they were all 5 star so I went for it. Ordered yesterday afternoon and arrived today courtesy of Amazon Prime. I have to say, I couldn't be more impressed with the build quality. The threads are very positive and all three filters rotate very smoothly. The top and bottom caps are of equal quality and allow the user to stack the filters conveniently and without fear of damage. There is also a soft pouch, cleaning cloth and cardboard storage tub. If you are looking for a star filter, look no further. I will definitely consider GOBE when looking for filters in the future.

Great set, use it mainly for concert photography, and does add some dramatic effects. top.

I'm not satisfied at all, the star-effect appeared with numerous parasite lines that it's impossible to correct, polluting the pictures I've gotten. I don't recommend
