I bought this with the kitchari seasoning and love it. Kitchari is so good for you but I often don't have the time to make it. I buy a large tax of frozen organic mixed veg with edanami from Costco and add a cupful to the mix and toss into the rice cooker -yummy lunch and good for the new years health cleanse.
