I purchased this for my wife and she absolutely loves this laptop! It is lightweight and has a clear and crisp display. The hinge is one piece which is great as those kinds of hinges tend to last longer (her previous HP laptop had two small hinges below the display and one of them snapped). She likes that this laptop is upgradable and operates flawlessly. We followed the recommendations of others and did not connect to WiFi while initially setting up this laptop. If you do, setup will take much longer as it needs to download Windows updates. It’s much better to let it update when you are not planning on using it such as late in the evening. It has a really nice feel to the keys and and they seems to be very good quality. We never purchased this brand before, but we thought we would give it a try as it was in the price range we were looking for. All I can say is this if the wife is happy, then all is good!!! Very pleased.

It Has Been The Best Computer Ever i Got it for a friend and after almost 3 yrs of him using it he has not had any issues at all I have used it on action and still don't have a SD card in it and it was very fast

I was originally looking for reviews about the gaming power of this device. Not much but I heard a few positive while a majority being negative. I go to buy it and it was nicely packaged and started just fine. A couple of setups you go through and you're in. It's been five days since I've had this and it runs good, don't know about the future but we'll see. However, it can run minecraft offline pretty good, does better with low graphics. It plays app games decent too, and makes an excellent work computer. Small, light, and portable.

Do not buy this laptop. It only lasted me 4 months of use and it would not turn on after that. I tried charging it on various outlets for hours multiple times, and the charging indicator light would be on, but it still would not turn on no matter how long I held down the power button. I had some important files that I was working on and some pictures in his laptop that are now lost forever when it suddenly stopped working in such a short amount of time. Prior to this the screen had been flickering occasionally since the second month I've had this laptop. When I received the laptop it felt really cheap and and the power cord fittted really loosely into the power charging outlet so it would keep falling off whenever I charge the computer. Moreover the battery would get really hot whenever I charged the computer or used it so I had to buy a fan for it since it does not come with a built-in fan. I was only using the computer to upload photos, browse the internet, and use microsoft word. The battery would also drain very quickly. I tried to contact customer support for the Jumper Store and they denied me ever having bought the computer from them even though I had the receipt and I contacted them through my original order form. After spending about two hours texting and speaking with four Amazon Representatives I was finally able to get a hold of somebody who helped me to get a partial refund. So unless you want to waste your money on a laptop that will work long enough just so you can't get a full refund please look for a better quality laptop even if you have to spend a little bit more.

This is a review from a blindness prospective: Button and port layout. open the computer on your lap or a table in front of you.TheAC power jack is the small round jack on the upper right corner.down from this on the right side is your USB full size port.Under this is your USB C.top left corner is your headphones/mic 4 pull jack.under this is your full size HDmI port.Below this is your Micro SD card slot.The power button is the top right key on the keyboard. You must hold it down for 3 seconds to boot. power on. Moving to the left, you have the delete key. To the left, applications key.The home key is directly under the power button.End key is just up from bottom right.Left and right arrows you can feel because the keys are bigger then of course up and down arrows, the two keys between left and right arrow.To increase volume hold in FN key, this is to the right of the left control key and F3, to decrease volume, FN F2.This computer doesn't have a fan and has a solid state drive, also the processer doesn't make much noise so after turning on the computer give it 10 seconds and hit control+windows+Enter to launch Narrator for screen reader Windows setup.As far as the computer itself, It is small and light. I would say the size of a Mac Book Air. the speakers are on the bottom and do sound better than expected.The speed is quicker than I expected booting up and launching applications. Computer is always responsive.The keyboard is easy to type on. I have medium/large hands.The F keys don't have a space between F4, F8 etc.The audio hardware seams to shut off quickly, so if using a screen reader you may regularly miss the first sylable of what is spoken.The battery life seams good. The computer gets warmer when plugged into aC than it does when running battery, this is expected, but it doesn't get to hot.The Bluetooth audio profile is nice sounding higher bitrate which is nice and speakers/devices connect quickly when the computer is in range.The WiFi signal seams solid.I have only had this computer for a few days now but with my experience so far it is a very nice machine especially for the price.
