Works fine. I've compared the performance of several SMA antennas for a hobby project and found that, of the three I evaluated, this was the best (and the most compact) of the bunch in terms of signal strength.

I'm using this antenna on an Inrico TM-7 network radio. It gives me much better cellular phone signal than the unit's built-in internal antenna.
