Q: How much can be mixed with water in a 2 gallon sprayer

It really depends on how much coverage you will get when applying the two gallons. The directions are for square footage of coverage - so use the recommended amount for the square footage you will cover with 2 gallons.

Q: If i am using a ortho dial n sprayer. what setting would i set the dial at?

Stay around 3 to 6 oz that's what I do depends on your walking speed aswell as personal preference just start low and work up better to spray twice at a lower concentration.

Q: If I wanted to use this on a pasture, how much per acre?

I dont use one. I just pour it in a hose end sprayer set at 3 to 4 oz per gallon and let it rip.
