Good Product
This is the best prepared enchilada sauce you can buy. Flavor was great and the 10oz can fit my recipe for a smaller amount. I actually like the green chile better than the red. Was not too spicy and certainly did not have that canned chili powder taste that I dislike.

Not quite as good as homemade, but for a quick easy dinner plan this can't be beat. Just open the can and ta dah it's enchilada or burrito night! Good flavor, not overly spicy.
