Excellent fertiizer
This is the only fertilizer I use for all my plants. I bought it specifically for the elephant ears but stared using it for all plants. I am been doing this for 4 years.

Good young plant fertilizer
This is good fertilizer when used at a particular time in a plant's life. I would say the best timing is right after a seedling is transplanted, and then for the next 2 to 3 weeks to promote rooting. I would then switch to a high nitrogen fertilizer to promote general growth. Continuing to use this one after 3 weeks but before the plant has matured, could lead to plant stretch. After the plant has matured, and if you are growing blooming plants, you could switch back to this fertilizer to promote blooming.
