We weren’t happy with the product and they replaced it free of charge. The new one is perfect. Easy to assenble, comfortable and looks good. Mostly though, the customer service was excellent. Thank you!

Chair is of good quality, but far too narrow to nurse comfortably in. Also, as only part of the arm is padded, leaves baby's head vulnerable to knocks

Please do not buy this item, Poor quality and I am not able to fit the side lever to lock the chair movement.

Baby hasn't yet arrived, but this is really comfy chair and looks great. The back cushion was a bit crumpled in the shipping so looked a bit frumpy at the top initially, a bit better now.

My wife wanted to get a nursing chair that is not only comfy but also looks good as a piece of furniture. There are lots of models on Amazon and in the department store of John Lewis that where just plain ugly and an eye sore. This one looks both nice and works well. The back is reclining, it's easy to assemble (takes about 10 minutes). If there is one thing I didn't like, it was the smell of chemicals when I took the parts out of the box. The fabric has anti flammable chemicals on it which is mandatory in the UK. I would open the window or just leave the cushions out for a day and then the smell is gone.
