Baybe & Me: Volume 3 (The Retribution Fantasies)

I liked the style of this book, it was short but I understand its one of four. Wish I could have bought all at the same time. Clever storyline that hooks you in, to the the life of Lizzie, married to the deeply unpleasant Terry. As the relationship unfolds, it is clear that Terry is a brute and a control freak but towards the end Lizzie works out a plan to change her life. I don't want to say anything about Baybe as a spoiler, but its part of the psychological warfare that threatens to end badly. Its part of the Retribution fantasies, so don't be surprised at the ending. I like the twist, one of Beatrice James hallmarks. Hurry up with the next one.

The book came on time and I could not wait to start reading it. When I did start reading it I could not put it down another page turner by Beatrice.Once again she has left me questioning my morals. The story has been told very well and you do get caught up with and feel for the women. I felt that she did the right thing in the end but that was because I was on her side and was caught up with the story, but when I finished the book and put it down, I had to rethink my thoughts on that. I enjoyed the book and can't wait for the next one. Well done Beatrice.

Another fantastic book from Beatrice James, couldn't put it down a thoroughly enjoyable read.

The book cover freaked me out I had made my own assessment before I ever read it.- - -However as I liked the other books from Beatrice so much I was intrigued and gave it a read.Brilliant! such an easy straight forward read you think --BUT ---you are drawn in to a mind set of a little sweet heart who meets a nasty controlling man- you will be startled of your own narrow mind conclusion as the story continues to an unexpected twist and you will be forced to re think your opinions. Revenge is sweet----If you get a twisted pleasure from it.I say unexpected twist but Beatrice has a talent to chew you up and spit you out she has an obvious observation and understanding of character behavior beyond most of our experience and the twists are there- your lead into straight into them. The strength of this author for me is to get you guessing and thinking you know where the stories going---you've not got a chance -WELL DONE BEATRICE keep them coming
