How much should I add to 1 gallon of water to feed with a regular can?

Most of the packs come with a measuring spoon that screws on to the bottle. It comes out to about a tablespoon to a gallon of water. If you mix it too strong it will burn your plants

For indoor plants, use 1 teaspoon per gallon.

Is there a dosing spoon in the four pack of liquid feed?

There is no need for a spoon. You need the Miracle Gro sprayer device to attach to the garden hose and the bottle screws into it to dispense the proper amount of fertilizer.
