Xiaomi Rougemi Note 9 Smartphone - 4 GB + 128 GB, Verde (Forest Green)

Arrived in perfect conditions, just the kind of phone I was looking for. Excellent value and quality for the price, though I must say that due to some comments saying that they received the phone with an Europe charger (I live in Latin America) I decided to buy a third party one instead of an adapter. But to my surprise, the phone came with its normal american charger, so now I have the third party one and the normal one. I don't know if I was just lucky or what, but I would have save that money I spent if I knew but it's okay.

I liked that this phone isnt really recognized by everyone but it is still in league with IPhone and Samsung's latest models, the internal space is hugh and the RAM is crazy its built for greatness and affordable this phone is awesome and fits nicely in your hand

This phone model; Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is "NOT COMPATIBLE" with GSM network in the US. I am currently using another phone for US Mobile that utilizes T-Mobile GSM network and this phone model, after the IMEI was given to both, the manufacturer and seller for added verification, continued to claim this phone as being compatible. Both, the manufacturer and seller refused to help resolve this $200.00 issue as they both keep coming with the same excuses: XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 9 IS COMPATIBLE WITH ALL US GSM CARRIER NETWORKS. Since I was outside of the Amazon return period and both, manufacturer representative in the US and the vendor refused to agree to a sensible resolution, I contacted Amazon who, initially responded with the same answer I received earlier: "THE PHONE IS SHOWN AS BEING COMPATIBLE WITH GSM NETWORK IN THE US". Unfortunately, call recording being an issue, I was not afforded the luxury to have them to listen to the conversation with the GSM network that would have solved this problem once and for all. After contacting T-Mobile once more to get a more detailed explanation, once again, I called Amazon and gave them the following details: GSM providers in the USA have switched to a new system called VolTe. This phone model does not have this feature and cannot be utilized IN THE USA. Finally, after these details were revealed, Amazon agreed to give me a refund by issuing a return label. Amazon was made aware that if this vendor continues to market this phone model as currently shown on Amazon platform: "xiaomi redmi note 9" as USA GSM compatible, amazon should get ready to receive a lot of complaints from clients who, after buying this phone will bombard Amazon with complaints similar to this. I am now boxing this XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 9 for its return to Amazon. I understand that it may be troublesome for some vendors to find other ways to dump their merchandise that are proven as US un-usable. However, given the resulting possibility in the number of complaints that may be expected from buyers, the better route is for vendors to be honest with buyers, especially in the "fairness" manner that the Amazon return clause is written...

Lo valoro con 5 estrellas lo pedí hace 2 años aproximadamente y el dispositivo aun está funcional bien con todos sus accesorios y global lo que me permitió añadir una sim de mi país

Don't look any longer if you are in need of a phone but don't want to spend a crazy amount of money this is it. The only thing I missed from my old T mobile phone is the wifi calling awesome Android phone the battery life is amazing last me more than my 12 hours shift. The phone keeps up with my heavy used calls gaming stream you name it the phone works. I waited a month after giving the review to make sure I can look for flaws but all good for now.

El teléfono llegó perfecto, como nuevo, en su caja, con el cargador, el cable usbc, y una funda para el celular. Lo recibí en EEUU pero lo uso en Ecuador y funciona perfecto el chip. Pagué 150, cuando aquí está a 270. La mejor compra que he hecho este año. Llegó un día antes de lo que estaba previsto.

I have been loving it...you have to tweak it so you don't get a ton of pop up ads...but that's easy enough. One of the cheapest and best phones I've owned..I've paid much more for less quailty

The battery barely holds a full day of normal use... But it's not an issue anymore as I can't use my phone at all anymore. It's no longer compatible with AT&T, the most important provider in the South, I can not receive any phone call at this time, 3 weeks like this. They are upgrading their antenna to 5G and this phone and the whole Xiaomi brand aren't compatible and listed. Xiaomi will have to issue compatible phones. AT&T ask you to buy another one. It was only 6 months after I bought this one. Be careful it might happen with other providers in the next future.

Un muy buen equipo, en excelente precio, perfectamente empaquetado, sellado. El cable del cargador es de conexión europea y es un gran detalle el que viene su clavija convertidora. Importante el resaltar que el celular trae una película delgada para protección de la pantalla, además de un protector sencillo de silicona; accesorios que son de mucha utilidad al primer momento de adquirir un celular, pues normalmente nos agobiamos por buscar de su protección. Un equipo que me emociona el ya tenerlo en mis manos, pues ya conozco la calidad de su funcionamiento (porque también tengo un cel redmi note 8) y se de lo mucho que ofrece a un precio màs bajo en comparación a marcas renombradas. En cuanto a la entrega llegó màs ràpido de lo esperado. Recomiendo ampliamente la compra

Por ahora todo a la perfección, pero habrá que ver sobre el año o poco más, que es cuando todos los teléfonos, por mucho que los cuides, empiezan a no ir todo lo bien que debieran. Ahora mismo, siempre es todo una maravilla comparado con el anterior: ligeramente más grande, hace que el anterior parezca de juguete -y no era pequeño; la fluidez y rapidez de funcionamiento son una maravilla -pero siempre lo son al estrenarlos-; la calidad de las fotos muy buena -las cámaras cada vez mayor número y mejores-... La verdadera valoración, como digo, sería cumplido el año de uso.
