I use this for building packs and it’s strong. It feeds nice as well and has held up to the elements.

I love being able to buy thread in a 6 pk . The price was great and well worth not having to waste time driving to a store to purchase .Highly recommend.

I was trying to sew something on my machine and the thread kept breaking. My eyesight is bad so I had my husband threading the machine needle. After a tedious hour of this with both of us frustrated, I looked at the thread I was using and said I'm ordering good thread. My Coats and Clark arrived the next day, and as soon as I replaced the thread I was using I sailed through my task. There was just no comparison. This thread is superior and I will never use anything else. When I think back this was all I ever bought when there were fabric stores so they have been around for a while. Don't purchase anything else!

Very durable and does not break, however, I have a new model heavy-duty singer. When I was sewing with my old crusty 1970's singer sewing machine the all-purpose thread always broke and I had to use the heavy-duty variation of this brand of thread. I have always used this brand of thread for every sewing machine I have had and it's excellent, I wouldn't use any other.

This is a fantastic price for coats and clark 400 yd thread spool. I have never been disappointed in the quality of coats and clark!

I have been sewing for more than 52 years. Coats and Clark is always reliable for a general purpose thread. I give this a 4 star because there are more advanced threads made today such as Mettler, Gutermann and Sulky; Just to name a few. But for the price and if you are a beginner I would start with this thread. If you have a high quality more advance machine you may want to check out one of the more advance threads.Overall the value for this Coats and Clark all purpose 100% poly thread this is a great buy.
