Got my cycle back
After being diagnosed with lean PCOS, I’ve been on the hunt for a supplement that would actually support my cycle and give me results. I was skeptical about inositol but can proudly say after a month of consistently using this product my last two cycles have been REGULAR and I ovulated ON TIME confirmed by a positive lh strip! I’ve done all the lifestyle habits to support my cycle with no luck and this was the one product that gave me a regular cycle back. I haven’t noticed any symptoms or other benefits from inositol but getting my cycle back was the only thing I wanted.

I am not sure why, as PCOS person this has made me very sleepy. I didn’t even take 4 I took 2 per day and it has made me very very sleepy. I stopped taking it
