The Fujifilm X-T10: 115 X-Pert Tips to Get the Most Out of Your Camera

Excellent book. Comprehensive and easily understood. Very, very helpful!
I have the Fuji X-T10 and purchased this book to go along with it some six months ago. It is an excellent book at every level, with comprehensive explanations for everything, including using Wifi to upgrade your firmware, how to customize the buttons, how to get your Autofocus and manual focus to work most effectively (and easily do many of things many reviews of the the Fuji X-T10 say aren't available, such as how to get your manual focus to override your autofocus on any given picture). Without this book, it would have been difficult to fully comprehend the excellence of this camera. And, as with so many cameras these days, the Fuji owners manual is very basic. Six months later, I am still occasionally using this book as a reference, or to find out yet more information about adjusting the dynamic range, or some other aspect of the camera. In short, this book has a tremendous amount of highly useful information, and will continue to be useful to you as you grow with the Fuji system. I hope to upgrade to the X-T2 soon, and Pfirstinger's book of tips about that camera will be part of the purchase.

It should come with the camera
It really complements the owner's manual. This book won't take you on the basics of the camera but offers a lot of advanced information that I have found very useful to really get the most of the camera.Having spend good money for the camera the least you can do is to throw in just a few more dollars to take a fuller advantage of the camera. It would be a shame to always use the camera on the standard settings when getting more professional results is just as easy (but requires knowing how). The author style is quite simple to understand with very clear explanations.

Great companion to the user's guide
Encouraged me to read the manual first, which I did. The Fuji manual is so much better than the Nikon manuals I've grow used to, that I was very impressed with both the camera and the thoughtful design of the user manual. Then, after going over the camera's manual, the 115 tips this book provided, made a lot more sense and gave me more in-depth information.

Fuji X-T10 Owners - Get This Book!
I purchased this book for myself and one for my son. We both have recently purchased a Fuji X-T10 and this book has been a great source of information for us. We appreciate the author's personal tips and recommendations. As with all cameras, the manuals that come with them leave much to be desired. As there are just a few guides for this camera available we highly recommend it.

Much better information than you will get from the x-t10 user manual
This book give a lot more information than the user manual and many suggestions that I found very helpful. Better explanations of many menu items and exactly what they do will let me make better choices, leading to better control of the camera and better use of this camera as a photography tool. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of new information it contains.

Highly informative - gives the why and how.
The manual gives the what, and as the author states, this book and the manual should both be read. Very good.

It is OK, to get around the camera and I have several of Rico's eBooks. I am still looking for more of a detailed book, such as the style of Alexander White's eBooks. I did find the Mastering the Fuji X-Pro 1 book by Rico was more what I want and need.

Did what it said!
The title said " get the most out of your camera" and I did. Thanks to the author for giving us just the right level of detail to move beyond the manual.

Always a good addition to the Manual
Very useful addition to the standard camera manual. The X-pert Tips books make a much more readable addition to the manual you get with your camera because they contain advise about why to use the various settings. If there is more than one way to achieve the same thing i.e. Menus or buttons etc. Rico suggests which are quickest, or most useful. I recently bought a second hand X-T10 and the first thing I did was to order this guide having already bought one for my X-T2. Both are on my Kindle and referred to often.

If, like me, you feel a sense of intimidation when confronted with big user manuals and then suffer from a lack of concentration, this is the perfect book for you. It is designed to complement the camera instructions and allows you to follow expert tips in relatively small chunks of easily digestible information, leaving you with a feeling of achievement rather than despair.(A friend has reported the same success with the companion volume for his X-T1.)A very worthwhile purchase, and inexpensive too.

Excellent little book
There are some superb tips in here, and although some of the stuff is covered by the manual the book is far quicker and easier to reference from, and helps to clarify a lot of the more vaguely described options that are in the manual. It is well written and there are some excellent tips to help out when new to the X-T10.
