The consumer must provide the helmet, proof of purchase, and details of the incident that caused the damage. The 3-year period will be measured from the date of customer mailing. Runs small!
I have a 57.5 cm sized head and the medium sized helmet is no where close to fitting (tight around the temples).I'm reading other reviews and I'm not sure a large will fit as well.With that said, the helmet looks really nice and the quality looks good too. I really wish it would've fit.
