Not certain if memory improvements are placebo or actual. Most disconcerting is smell of this product. Not certain if laboratory testing occurs for this product, but the scent of the product is worse than any chemical I have come across and I am no stranger to chemical plants! I take other supplements, but there is something very unnatural about the scent of this product. I recall purchasing CDP Choline for my mother, and do recall it being odorless. Is this product dangerous? That is my main worry. Is it really CDP Choline? If you receive this product and it is odorless, please let me know! That means there is a major quality issue with this product line, because what I received is NOT odorless and smells harmful to health.

I was aware of the Choline's affects on memory and cognition but what I wasn't aware of was how much more focused I would feel while taking it. I have diagnosed ADD and used to take Adderall for it, I feel as though this is helping me just as much but without all the addictive properties and negative side effects. I am not sure how it will do long term but I wasn't expecting such a noticeable difference in focus and will continue to use this product because of that alone.

Only have to take one each day. Easy to swallow, no after taste.

I loved that this was a higher dosage than a lot that I have found. I also love that there are 120 capsules! It has helped so much with clarity and focus. It has helped to focus in on tasks that need to be done without getting overwhelmed.

There's obviously something else on this than what you see in the ingredients because it REEKS with a strong smell

I give it to a person who has short term memory problems and he takes it with other medications and since his Dr. told us about citicholine and we have been using several different brands I chose yours because it had more mugs.

I used this to help me focus as per a recommendation. What’s nice is that you can feel a difference after 3 to 4 weeks. It’s not a take it o cr feel better kind of thing. But I did find that my attention span has increased. I can focus more on a task without being as easily distracted. Only issue is that it took that long to get a real pulse on it
