I use these at work as I work in an office and they don't allow face piercings, I cut the round flat portion of the stud off and stick it in my nose. you can't see anything at all, it's perfect! I have lost a couple, only because I am not very gentle or will scratch my nose and it will fly out. Other then that they stay in well, even when cutting the flat portion off. These shipped very quickly, I have yet to use them and are a little scared too as my gauge is a little smaller, the last couple I purchased were the right size. But they are as expected. Be sure to know what size you are before you order!

Bought this stud for work. Its true to size, there is a point at the bottom almost like a ball where it becomes a tad bit thicker and it hurts pushing in but holds it from coming out. Other than being uncomfortable for that moment of time putting it in and taking it out, it serves its purpose well. Its not very noticable although you are able to tell up close. I'm very happy with this purchase!

This is 5/16" (8mm) long, which is just slightly too short for me. The ball at the end is not wide enough to keep it secured (otherwise you wouldn't be able to fit it through in the first place). I ordered this for my labret and it works well enough for special occasions, but I am not able to wear this to work daily - I can't eat without it coming out, for example.

I loved putting this into my nose a couple of days a week while working. The only issue is that IT IS VERY VERY TINY and very clear. If you drop this nose ring on the floor, good luck ever finding it! Also, if you have large fingers, good luck being able to put this ring into your nose yourself. I lost it about two weeks after getting this ring, and it was whilst I was sleeping. When I woke up in the morning the ring was gone and the hole in my nose had grown shut (even though it had been pierced for six months) Sad to see it go, but otherwise, a nice product

This retainer is not very visible and lays flat on my nose so it's great for that. I will say that since it's clear it does leave a black spot in the middle where the nose hole is. From a distance you can see it but up close you can.... It's not really a problem just looks like you have a blackhead.

I really wish i would give a good review, because it is inconspicuous when it's in the nose (it appears as only a blackhead), but I believe that the gauge was incorrect. As far as it being too short, as other buyers mentioned, it's not too short for me, but it all depends on your nose. It's still wearable, I just expected one size gauge and got a size too small. If you've had a nose piercing for quite awhile, then you should be fine, but mine is relatively new and I don't want to risk the hole getting smaller. Again, I wish I could give this product a better review, but the size kind of threw me off.

I just wish the flat disc was a little smaller since retainers are generally used for discretion. But the fit and comfort are fine.

The flat end of the stud is huge. If you’re trying to have an unnoticeable piercing you’d have to put the flat end on the inside on your nose, which can be uncomfortable and painful.
